I now have one child going to middle school and another going to high school. So hard to believe.
This whole week I have been subbing for the art teacher. It has felt so good to be back in a classroom. I miss the feel of it. I truly enjoyed working with the kids. During the week, I had one art class and two yearbook classes. I had to put up with the typical shenanigans that go along with subbing, but I really did not mind.
I love organizing the "stuff" in an art room. Lets clean the glue bottles...lets get rid of dry markers....lets organize the shelves. Call me crazy...but I enjoy that kind of stuff!
Maybe, just maybe....there will be a teaching job for me. I can keep hoping....right?
